Contribution to the project: MOBA has already over 30 year's experiences in the field of road construction business. With decentralised system architecture based on CAN networks, MOBA develops OEM specific solution for construction machines. The product spectrum includes different kind of sensors, controllers and HMI's as well as specific technologies like levelling, RFID, 3D control, laser, functional safety, steering by wire, weighing and radio link. MOBA will be the coordinator of the ASPHALT project.

Contribution to the project: FhG-IIS has coordinated a number of GNSS receiver projects in the past. With its experience in digital signal processing for combined GALILEO/EGNOS/GPS receivers FhG-IIS is R&D provider for algorithms and implementation of digital signal processing and will be involved in the corresponding core technology studies. With its knowhow in hardware development and system integration it will be responsible for the FPGA prototyping and receiver integration.

Contribution to the project: Due to the experiences of TCA, the company is responsible for the development of robust multifrequency PVT (Position, Velocity, Time) software being capable of processing combined Galileo/GPS/EGNOS L1/L5/E5 signals. Furthermore, TCA will develop a software module for the computation of multi-frequency based ionospheric corrections to further improve positioning accuracy and will additionally establish the integration of an adequate sensor coupling to the GNSS-based PVT software tailored to professional applications. In addition, differential GNSS capability will be implemented also including the use of EDAS data.

The company has been involved with other Galileo-related projects in the recent past. Within the consortium inPosition is R&D provider for algorithms for RTK-based solutions.
